Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Today, Christianity is steeped in mythology and Christians are unwittingly headed towards Hell instead of Heaven. They are far away from God and HIS Word. How would you answer these three questions: 1) Do you pray to Jesus? 2) Do you worship Jesus? 3) Do you give all the glory to Jesus? If you've answered yes to even one, you do not know God, HIS only human begotten Son or HIS Word. Many Christians have been programmed with mythology as explained in 2 Timothy and 2 Thessalonians. However, Jesus taught: 1) Pray to God the Father [Matthew 6:6]. 2) Worship only God the Father [Matthew 4:10]. 3) That he comes in his Father's glory [Mark 8:38]. Inside Volume III (Itching Christian Ears), you'll learn that prophecy is fulfilled in Christianity today through the apostate teachings on healing, who owns the church, tithing, abortion, sexuality, and politics. You'll also learn why it is mythology that everyone gets to go to Heaven. Let Scripture educate your heart. Volume III of a four volume set that deals with Faith, Prophecy and Christology. Over 1367 Scriptures are cited and there are 238 illustrations/tables/lists in the entire four volume set.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: As one of the country's most respected evangelical leaders, pastor and author Tony Evans challenges "tweens" (ages 8 to 12) to explore what the armor of God is all about. He understands that Christian kids want to be stronger, more confident, and skilled at living an exciting God-centered life, and so he presents the unvarnished truth. Tony Evans gives kids a plan for success by explaining: Scripture reveals who's behind the world's traps and snares and how to resist him. God offers all Christians a powerful suit of armor and mighty weapons. The suit includes a belt of truth and helmet of salvation to wear and shield of faith to carry into the battle. When every piece of God's armor is worn correctly, the enemy is defeated and Christians finish victorious. By learning how to dress in the armor God provides, preteens are able to speak the truth, stand firm in the faith, and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Setting Boundaries® with Food is a very personal book for Allison. She knows from personal experience about the struggle against obesity—feeling trapped in a seemingly never-ending cycle of dieting, deprivation, and despair. At one time in her life, Allison’s scale hit the 300-pound mark. Her overweight status resulted in Allison being the first full-figure model ever signed by the prestigious Wilhelmina modeling agency, where she worked for some of the biggest names in fashion, such as Gloria Vanderbilt and Alfred Angelo. From her struggle, Allison offers more than just hope for the future. By introducing readers to her popular S.A.N.I.T.Y. steps, she encourages readers to turn away from the insanity of dieting and deprivation and to focus instead on establishing healthy relationships with food, self, others, and God. Her words will strike a chord with millions who have struggled for years to lose weight as they are encouraged to examine the emotional and spiritual aspects of their bondage to food and obsession with weight.

Book excerpt: Superstition is a way of life for many people in the mountain communities of northwestern North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. When superstition is blended with Christianity, a hybrid faith emerges that leaves the worshipper without a steady footing for the problems of life. Hybrid Christianity is not only a part of mountain communities; it is also a way of life for many Christians in areas where superstition may not be as noticeable. This book seeks to help you work through your faith in order to burn the things in life that prevent you from walking victoriously with Jesus Christ. Through the personal testimony of Lonnie Denney, you will be able to relate to the struggles and victory that every Christian faces in the modern world. For anyone who has ever questioned their own faith, and especially for those who seek to grow closer and more intimate with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Book excerpt: “He said to him the third time, ‘Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?’ Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, ‘Do you love Me?’ And he said to Him, ‘Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Feed My sheep.’” (John 21:17, NKJV) Psychotherapy, indeed, all disciplines that follow the medical model, is about eradicating pathogens (sickness) and promoting healing (therapy). Spirituality and nutrition focus upon our wellbeing or wholeness. Christ instructs those who love Him to “feed My sheep.” Bishop T. D. Jakes instructs that we are to feed the things that feed us. In joining psychotherapy with spirituality we avoid dichotomous thinking (either/or) with systems thinking (both/and). Our spiritual essences (core beliefs) influence the strategic planning of the mind that is carried out by our physical essence. In this book, “What We Feed Grows: The Journey toward Wholeness,” dovetails these seemingly disparate world-views of theology/psychology or faith/science; along with wellbeing and healing. As spiritual exemplars or spiritual disciples, our tasks are simple to “Feed My sheep” with the spiritual sustenance (spiritual fruit) that facilitates spiritual wellbeing and good mental health.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This second set of Briefings from The Allies of Humanity completes a crucial message regarding our vulnerability and potential within the Greater Community, the larger physical universe in which we live. Communicated by a small group of extraterrestrial observers, the Briefings reveal the true nature and purpose of an extraterrestrial Intervention that has been underway in our world for quite some time. This group of observers represents the Allies of Humanity, an association of free races in the universe who support the preservation of Knowledge and freedom throughout the Greater Community. The Allies distinguish themselves from the intervening forces that are here by maintaining their distance and not engaging directly with us. Instead, they offer us their wisdom about the realities of life in the universe and a warning about the dangers and consequences of premature human /ET contact. The arrival of The Allies Briefings was the result of a rare convergence of three powerful forces: the extraterrestrial, the Divine and the human. It was these essential forces that joined to enable The Allies Briefings to be delivered in a form and in a language that can be understood by everyday people. In this one book, each of these voices is represented: the extraterrestrial in the Allies Briefings, the Divine in the Teachers’ Commentaries and the human in the Message from Marshall Vian Summers. It was in December 2000 that Marshall received the entire six briefings of The Allies of Humanity Book Two: Human Unity, Freedon and the Hidden Reality of Contact within 24 hours. The Briefings were delivered very quickly for a reason. The Allies, threatened with being discovered by the Intervention, had to give their second set of Briefings to Marshall as quickly as possible before escaping to a distant location far from our Solar System. The Allies describe this situation in their Preface to the Second Set of Briefings, which is included in this volume. Since that time, Marshall, along with the support of a growing number of courageous people, has endeavored to study and to bring The Allies of Humanity Briefings and message to the attention of as many people as possible. This ongoing work represents a vital mission and relies upon the contributions of readers everywhere in order to continue. Whether or not any further Briefings will be sent here by the Allies is as yet uncertain. But what is certain is that the information contained in these two sets of Briefings provides the missing pieces to our understanding of the extraterrestrial presence in the world today and what we must do to begin to prepare. The Allies emphasize that these Briefings provide us everything that we need to know to begin this preparation with a clear understanding of our situation. We cannot afford to make the same mistakes that so many native peoples have made throughout the course of our own human history regarding their first encounters with explorers from the outside. We at New Knowledge Library are proud to be able to present what may prove to be one of the most important documents ever published for the advancement, well-being and future of humanity. We recognize that some people may reject this information out of hand because of its possible association with “channeled” ET messages. However, given the high degree of his personal integrity and the extraordinary quality and relevance of his writings, Marshall’s work stands apart. Truly, the revelations that have come to us through his work may ultimately prove to be as significant as other Divinely-inspired messages in the past that have impacted the course of human history. We encourage you the reader to seriously explore the crucial message presented in all of these Briefings, in both Book One and Book Two, and to share this message with others. These Briefings represent a unique and greatly needed communication to all the people of our world at this critical turning point. New Knowledge Library

This book was released on 2015-07-02 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: My memoir spans the first twelve years of my life as a professional chef. I was living in hell from September 1980 until 1993, facing many unforeseen challenges in every aspect of my life. I planned on making this a cookbook twenty-two years ago. Then one day in 2011, it came to me that it needed to be a memoir, so I just sat down and wrote. While writing this book, I found myself craving to feel hungry again, and with that came misery. The old habits of anorexia truly never leave. They linger around waiting for the chance to pounce again. I think that both my parents being artists of sorts gave me an interesting view of life. We were totally allowed our freedom and they gave us their trust. As I was being rushed to the hospital staring at three of my severed fingers floating in ice water, I couldn’t believe what just happened. At age twenty-four, I was pretty, thin, and working as a line cook among Hollywood’s elite. I was about to get married, but it all came to a screeching halt in 1980, when I severed three of my fingers in an industrial Cuisinart in the kitchen where I worked. I describe my journey through the most difficult time of my life: suffering from anorexia and living with a disability. How could my life continue after losing three of my precious fingers, and on my right hand, no less? Miraculously, I pulled myself out of anorexia by finally seeing my body as it really was. I began to slowly heal, though it took almost thirty-one more years. I read self-help books, recited affirmations, and began to seriously search for the missing piece of my heart. This is my account of being a woman in a male-dominated industry, complete with a complicated relationship with food and a man, resulting in a long self-destructive streak. I have been cooking for thirty-eight years professionally, including an apprenticeship in 1980 with Wolfgang Puck, ultimately becoming his head chef at Spago, Sunset. “I can’t wait to read anything that she writes.” – Marc Vetri, Philadelphia restaurateur, named one of the Top Ten Chefs in America
